Refund Policy Details
Within 7 Days of Enrollment
100% Refund Available - If you're not satisfied with our approach, you can request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment. No questions asked.
- Applies to all program levels
- Even if 1-2 sessions have been attended
- Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
8-30 Days After Enrollment
Pro-rated Refund - We'll calculate refund based on sessions completed and provide remaining balance minus a 15% administrative fee.
Example Calculation:
For a ₹10,000 program with 4 of 12 sessions completed:
₹10,000 - (4/12 × ₹10,000) - 15% = ₹6,167 refund
After 30 Days
No Cash Refunds - After 30 days, we don't offer cash refunds but provide alternative solutions:
- Program Transfer: Transfer remaining balance to another program
- Sibling Transfer: Transfer to another child in the family
- Future Credit: Credit valid for 6 months for future enrollment
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation Fee - Session can be rescheduled at no cost
Notify via app, email, or phone before 24 hours
50% Session Fee - Half the session fee will be charged
Session credit can be used within 30 days
Full Session Fee - Complete session amount will be charged
Emergency exceptions with valid documentation
Important Notice:
Monthly subscriptions require 7-day notice before next billing cycle for cancellation. Annual subscriptions have special cancellation terms outlined in your agreement.

Medical Emergencies
With valid medical documentation, we offer full program pause or transfer options.
Relocation
Moving cities? We can transfer your program or provide special refund consideration.
Program Mismatch
If the program isn't right for your child's level, we'll find a better fit at no extra cost.
